When refunds may not apply

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Issues we were not given a reasonable opportunity to resolve.
• Circumstances outside the software's control, such as a poker operator changing or blocking third-party tools, or an account restriction imposed by an operator.
• Violations of our Terms of Service.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. Your license key is deactivated on refund.
