Billing & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Every plan begins with a 7-day free trial with the full feature set. A payment card is required to start the trial, but it is not charged until the trial ends. Use the trial to confirm the software works with your setup (DriveHUD 2 or 3, ClubGG, and/or ClubWPT Gold).

Billing

When the trial ends your card is charged for the plan you chose, and the plan then renews automatically at the same price at the end of each billing period (monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, or yearly) until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account — no email or phone call needed. If you cancel during the trial, your card is never charged. If you cancel after billing has started, auto-renewal is turned off: you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Because every plan starts with a free trial, payments are not refunded once the trial has ended and billing has begun. Exceptions are made only where required by law, or where a charge was made in error (for example a duplicate charge) — email support@americanhandconverter.com with your order email and we will put it right.
